Venue costs, vendor fees, printing, and additional on-site hours are separate. Additional services are quoted in advance whenever possible.

Planning & Day-of Coordination

Starting at $1,200

For families who have already begun planning but would appreciate professional guidance and support on the day of the celebration.

Whether you've secured a venue, selected vendors, or simply need help bringing everything together, I'll step in to organize the remaining details and ensure the celebration runs smoothly.

• Review of existing plans and arrangements

• Planning guidance and recommendations

• Vendor communication and final confirmations

• Event timeline and logistics coordination

• Setup and event-day oversight

Not every family needs full event planning. Sometimes, you simply need help creating a beautiful tribute. I offer standalone memorial design services that can also be added to a planning package.

Memorial Slideshow — Starting at $250

A personalized slideshow thoughtfully created with your favorite photographs, meaningful music, and special memories. Includes a digital file and one round of revisions.

Digital Memorial Program — Starting at $175

A custom-designed memorial program featuring photographs, service details, and personal touches that reflect your loved one's life. Includes a print-ready digital file and one round of revisions.

Memorial Design Bundle — Starting at $375

Includes one personalized memorial slideshow and one digital memorial program at a bundled rate.

Professional printing coordination is available for the actual printing cost plus a coordination fee. Additional customization may be quoted separately.
